LeBauer Park
Westcott, Small & Associates is proud to have served as the Civil Engineers on downtown Greensboro's newest park. LeBauer Park, bequested by the Carolyn and Maurice LeBauer family, includes lush gardens and recreational spaces. The $10 million park consists of a children’s garden, outdoor reading room, fountain, dog park and amphitheater. The iconic sculpture "Where We Met," by internationally acclaimed artist Janet Echelman, hangs above the Great Lawn providing a visual form of Greensboro's rich history. Located within Greensboro’s revitalized Cultural District, LeBauer Park has become a social and cultural focal point of the city.
