Principals

Michael Westcott, PE has a Civil Engineering degree from NC State University and has worked on public and private development projects in the Triad for 16 years.  Michael's previous experience with the US Army Corps of Engineers and City of High Point has provided him with valuable construction expertise that translates into innovative, yet highly constructible designs.  Michael's previous clients include Guilford County, the Town of Summerfield, Guilford Technical Community College, Elon University and Samet Corporation.

Victoria Waldron Small, PE has an Agricultural Engineering degree from Clemson University and 14 years of experience in the public and private sectors in North Carolina and Virginia.  Tori has designed stormwater management devices, retail complexes, single family and multifamily housing developments, industrial sites, and public utility projects.  Tori has completed projects for Bank of North Carolina, Blacks Furniture, Back Yard Burgers, the City of Greensboro, Koury Corporation, Davidson County Community College and many local home builders.
