Westcott, Small & Associates has successfully completed land development plans for both K-12 and higher education clients.  We enjoy the variety of project scope that is associated with working on campuses, especially as it has allowed us to create more welcoming and safer environments for the students and staff.  Our community college and university projects range from creating handicap accessible routes to parking and utility improvements  to support new academic buildings and student housing.  We have designed schools on previously undeveloped sites and have designed replacement schools on existing sites.

They are very responsive to our needs and consistently provide us with efficient and creative solutions to our special challenges.  I appreciate their willingness and ability to get any job done on-time and within our budget and schedule requirements.
