Westcott, Small & Associates has successfully completed commercial Land Development designs for a variety of national and regional companies. Our restaurant clients include Friendly's, Subway, Back Yard Burgers, and River Birch Lodge. We have completed dealerships for Kia and Toyota and have designed multiple car wash and lube shops. Our designs range from single tenant structures to multi-tenant shopping centers, including recent projects for Verizon Wireless and Truliant Federal Credit Union. Although not for profit, church sites are similar in design to commercial projects . We have completed projects for churches ranging from parking lots to additions to complete campus master planning.
